- Proactive and takes ownership.
- Analytical, structured, and able to take initiative to improve data-driven decision-making.
- Strong ability to identify challenges and create innovative solutions that balance technical requirements with business needs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively engage diverse stakeholders, including technical teams and executive leadership.
- A solid business understanding, with the capability to see the broader picture and align technical strategies to support overarching business objectives.
- Good communication skills in English and a Scandinavian language.
What will you get from working with us?
- Varied responsibilities and challenging tasks in a start-up environment.
- Competitive terms of employment and benefit schemes.
- Join a supportive, team-oriented atmosphere where everyone is motivated and dedicated to achieving company goals.
- A chance to actively shape Spenn's future and influence its success and the opportunity to play a key role in shaping the vision of a pioneering tech venture.
- Work in a dynamic, growing start-up with strong financial and operational backing.
Hiring process:
Ideally, we are looking for someone to join as soon as possible; however, finding the right mix of dedicated employees for the company is at the core of all decisions in the hiring process. You can expect a three-step process, including an introductory call with Nina, followed by a 1st interview with Andreas to get to know each other mutually. If we move forward from here, you will experience a 2nd interview where you get to show us who you are through a personality test with Camilla and your technical expertise through a structured interview with discussions and problem-solving with Kristian.
If you want to apply for this role, please do so by attaching your CV & application and linking to your LinkedIn profile.
We will review applications and call for interviews continuously.
