- Deep understanding of complex event-driven architectures and a track record of building scalable, resilient, and best-practice-compliant solutions.
- Experience working with the C4 model for architecture design, and tools such as Structurizr.
Personal attributes:
- Strong ability to identify challenges and create innovative solutions that balance technical requirements with business needs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to effectively engage diverse stakeholders, including technical teams and executive leadership.
- A solid business understanding, with the capability to see the broader picture and align technical strategies to support overarching business objectives.
- Good communication skills in English and a Scandinavian language.
What will you get from working with us?
- Become a key member of the CTO team, and help shape the architecture and vision of an innovative tech start-up.
- Competitive terms of employment and good benefit schemes.
- Join a supportive, team-oriented atmosphere where everyone is motivated and dedicated to achieving company goals.
- A chance to actively shape Spenn's future and influence its success, and the opportunity to play a key role in shaping the architectural vision of a pioneering tech venture.
- Work in a dynamic, growing start-up with strong financial and operational backing.
Hiring process:
Ideally, we are looking for someone to join as soon as possible, however, finding the right mix of dedicated employees for the company is at the core of all decisions in the hiring process. You can expect a three-step process including an introductory call with Nina to start, followed by a 1st interview with Kristian to get to know each other mutually.
