PARTNER CAMPAIGN MANAGER
We are excited to announce a temporary 12-month position for a Partner Campaign Manager to join our dynamic team! This role is available due to one of our employees going on maternity leave, with the potential for a permanent position at a later stage. As Partner Campaign Manager, you will work closely with many of our key partners, collaborating to plan and execute successful campaigns within our channels. You’ll also liaise with our internal engagement and analytics teams to monitor and optimize campaign performance, ensuring results align with partner goals. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and has a passion for building strong relationships and delivering impactful marketing solutions.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Source and Curate Partner Offers: Oversee the sourcing of partner offers and create compelling customer-facing content, ensuring top-tier quality across our content management and loyalty systems.
- Own the Marketing Calendar: Manage and maintain an annual marketing calendar for each partner, aligning initiatives seamlessly with their marketing programs.
- Lead Campaigns from Start to Finish: Drive campaigns from concept to completion by coordinating all activities between partners and internal teams, ensuring smooth execution at every stage.
- Collaborate for Success: Work closely with the marketing and engagement teams to spot new campaign and content opportunities.
- Build Strong Partner Relationships: Maintain consistent, proactive dialogue with partners to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Ensure Creative Excellence: Uphold the highest quality standards in both targeting and creative execution across all campaigns.
- Support Partner-Driven Campaigns: Collaborate with partners to enhance their own marketing efforts, while encouraging and guiding them to develop additional high-impact campaigns with clear performance metrics.
- Leverage Data to Target Audiences: Utilize member data to pinpoint target audiences, working closely with the engagement team to fine-tune strategies.
- Measure & Improve Performance: Collaborate with the analytics and engagement teams to assess campaign performance and provide actionable insights for partners.
- Publish with Precision: Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time and in accordance with partner briefs and agreements.
Ideal Competence Profile:
- Campaign & Content Expertise: Proven experience managing campaigns and crafting impactful content for B2C brands.
- Educational Background: Degree qualified or equivalent.
- Exceptional Communicator & Team Player: Strong collaboration skills and the ability to convey ideas clearly.
- Creative & Strategic Copywriter: Able to produce both short- and long-form copy with a keen visual sense.
- Commercial Acumen: A strong focus on understanding and anticipating customer needs to drive business success.
- Technical Savvy: Familiarity with campaign management tools and systems.
- Detail-Oriented Problem Solver: A critical eye for quality, with the ability to quickly resolve issues before they escalate.
- Campaign Innovator: Comfortable leading the charge in proposing and executing partner campaigns.
- Efficient Planner: Skilled in creating detailed plans, anticipating risks, and prioritizing critical activities to keep partners and internal teams in sync.
- Loyalty Program Experience: Experience with loyalty programs in the travel or retail sectors is a plus.
- Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both Norwegian and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Cross-functional Collaborator: Adept at working across various teams and departments.
- Organized and Fast-paced: You thrive in a structured yet dynamic environment, balancing efficiency and thoroughness.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop is a bonus.
