USER ENGAGEMENT
As the CRM/CXM Manager, you will be important in shaping the strategic vision for user engagement on our platform. You will lead the technical development of engagement tools and optimise processes to drive user engagement. Collaborating across teams, you will ensure growth of Spenn App and that we deliver a standout experience.
You will work with Braze as our core engagement tool, supported by Contentful as our CMS. Experience with these platforms is highly advantageous and will help you hit the ground running.
RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for the platform, focusing on long-term user engagement and business growth.
- Collaborate with leadership to set and prioritise strategic initiatives.
- Lead the technical development of the platform from a business perspective, writing business requirements to ensure new features enhance user engagement.
- Evaluate and implement modern technologies that drive platform innovation and scalability.
- Optimize the usage of Braze and Contentful to deliver personalised and effective user engagement campaigns.
- Continuously assess and refine operational processes to enhance efficiency and support the platform’s strategic goals.
- Implement best practices in technical development and project management to ensure effective operations
- Drive the exploration of new ideas that push user engagement and Spenn platform capabilities forward.
- Work closely with Engagement Operations, Data & Analytics, Technology, Partner Management, and executive leadership to ensure strategic and technical initiatives are aligned with engagement goals.
- Facilitate collaboration and coordination among these teams to ensure productive progress within user engagement.
- Lead projects that demand both strategic and technical expertise, driving initiatives from idea through to completion, including stakeholder engagement, timeline management, budgeting, and quality delivery.

Required experience and qualifications:
- Proven experience in user engagement, loyalty platforms, or a similar field.
- Strong familiarity with Braze as an engagement tool and Contentful as a CMS; previous experience with these platforms is a significant advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic roadmaps.
- Experience leading technical development and translating business needs into actionable technical requirements.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate and implement innovative technologies.
- Excellent project management skills, with a history of successfully managing cross-functional projects.
- Passion for creating exceptional user experiences and driving engagement through innovation.
